Handmade gyoza, fresh ramen and a bar that pours until late. Tokyo energy, Rotterdam address, one long table to share it all.
It started with one obsession: the perfect gyoza. Thin dough, a filling with real depth, a crisp golden bottom and a soft steamed top. Once that was right the rest followed, from broths that simmer for hours to noodles with proper bite.
Everything is folded, simmered and poured in house, every day. Come with friends, order too much, keep the plates moving and let the night run long on Witte de Withstraat.
